Who am I ?

I am a 1996 graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic. After receiving my Doctorate in Chiropractic, I continued my education at the Carrick Institute of Postgraduate Studies accumulating over 300 hours of postdoctoral education in the field of functional neurology.

As a chiropractor, I correct spinal subluxations! As a chiropractor with extensive training in the field of functional neurology, I utilize my knowledge of the brain and nervous system to enhance human performance.

Spinal Subluxations

Spinal subluxations interfere with the full expression of life by reducing the ability of the body to coordinate function through the nervous system.

Spinal subluxations act as a physical stressor, due to the strain of the supporting structures connecting to that vertebra. Spinal subluxations act as a neurological stressor, due to the negative information gathered from receptors that send information through the nerves up to the brain.

Functional Neurology! What is it?

Neurology has been the core of the Chiropractic profession since its very beginning. But only in the past couple of decades have advances in clinical neuroscience allowed us to understand how chiropractic treatments affect the nervous system and how these functional imbalances within the nervous system effect the musculoskeletal system, contribute to the spinal subluxation and consequent symptoms commonly seen in the chiropractic clinic.
